Vintage full-cut panty brief pattern which has been modified with a wider crotch.    There are 2 full seamless layers of nylon tricot.
This nylon tricot fabric has a satin finish from the manufacturer.   It is slick and shiny on both sides.  Thus, the 2 layers slip and slide against the other.
