and Rare to Find.
Provenance:
This hung in "J&R Music World" in New York City, in 2007, when Minnie Driver did an in-store appearance and she signed it on that day. See the above photo of her standing next to this very sign, from the signing.

This comes from the archives of
"J&R Music World", which were auctioned off by Steiner. It has been
Certified Authentic by their Experts and comes with their Letter of Authenticity.
This appears to be in Good, Solid condition, with some wear on one side.
